Job Summary:
We're looking for a skilled Systems Security Specialist to ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of our systems. This role involves hands-on security monitoring, risk assessments, and implementing best practices across systems and applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, detect, and respond to security incidents and events.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and risk analysis.
- Manage access controls, authentication protocols, and security configurations.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams on security strategies.
- 3-5 years of experience in IT security or cybersecurity roles.
- Strong understanding of system/network security protocols and tools.
- Experience with firewalls, IDS/IPS, antivirus, SIEM tools, etc.
- Knowledge of security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, etc.).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, Security+) preferred.
