• Attend team meetings and participate in collaborative planning sessions

• Generate wireframes, storyboards, and user flows to convey design concepts
• Document design processes and convert technical and user specifications into functional application designs
• Uphold best practices for UX design, using research and data to validate design hypotheses
• Focus on the utility, usability, and appeal of the designs developed
• Foster innovation while maintaining meticulous attention to detail
• Work within an Agile development framework
• Ensure compliance with accessibility and usability standards, including 508 compliance
• Contribute insights on the design of provider data systems and web applications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, or related field
• Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital user experience designs for websites or applications
• Proficient in creating wireframes, storyboards, and user flows
• Familiarity with best practices in UX design and industry standards, including 508 compliance
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• Ability to establish effective working relationships with both business and technical teams
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• High attention to detail and strong problem‑solving abilities

Competitive compensation with a salary range of $15,000 – 200,000 per year and a bill rate of $75 per hour.
