4+ years in UAT and Java/web application testing across browsers, web services, and databases (SQL/Postgre
SQL), with experience in healthcare systems, Agile QA practices, JIRA, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, and strong analytical skills.
Interview mode: The client shall, for each round of interviews, determine whether phone/internet or in-person interviews will be utilized.
Location: 750 East Pratt Street, 6th Floor, Baltimore, Md 21202 (the resource may be required to work on-site or remotely on specific days as determined by the client)
Minimum Qualifications
- Four (4) years of experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of complex public-facing systems.
- Four (4) years of experience as a Java/Web application tester.
- Four (4) years of experience testing websites across multiple browsers, web services, back-end processing, and data validation.
- Two (2) years of experience in testing web applications.
- Experience in mobile testing, system testing, data migration testing, data integrity testing, and data transformation-related testing.
- Experience with backend database testing on SQL, Postgre
SQL, or any other enterprise database systems, and experience in writing complex SQL queries. - Experience in performing testing and validation of complex State-Based Health Insurance Marketplace or other healthcare systems.
- Experience with industry-standard Quality Assurance best practices for Agile and Iterative SDLCs, testing methodologies, version control systems, implementation, and deployment activities.
- Experience in utilizing defect-tracking or defect management tools such as JIRA.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Strong testing and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proven experience working effectively and collaboratively with stakeholders from multiple functional teams in an organization.
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or other related disciplines.
