Job Description:
The Technical Product Manager, Med Tech Technology Electrophysiology & Neurovascular supports the Head of Technology (HoT) in enabling and executing end-to-end digital and technology capabilities across the supply chain ecosystem. This role collaborates closely with Business Product Owners, JJT Technical Product Owners across PLAN, MAKE, QUALITY, DIGITAL, Engineering, and Technology Services teams to define and execute aligned product strategies, roadmaps, and integrated technology solutions.
The Manager is accountable for E2E integration, backlog alignment, delivery coordination, and value realization, ensuring that multiple technology platforms and products operate cohesively as a unified supply chain ecosystem. The role drives execution, governance, and operational excellence while fostering a product-centric mindset, data-driven decision-making, and strong cross-functional collaboration in a complex, matrixed environment. In addition, the role contributes to strengthening the E2E technology operating model, improving collaboration, governance, and integration across JJT product domains, driving continuous improvement of supply chain processes through technology, data, and automation, enabling more efficient and scalable operations, and promoting a product-centric and value-driven mindset, ensuring teams focus on delivering outcomes rather than outputs.
As part of the broader E2E scope, the role also supports External Manufacturing (EM) integration, ensuring reliable connectivity and alignment between J & J systems and external partners, and contributing to a resilient and extended supply chain ecosystem.
- Support execution of product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned to EP & Neuro Supply Chain priorities.
- Translate business needs into prioritized epics, features, and capabilities.
- Align product backlogs across PLAN, MAKE, QUALITY, and DIGITAL domains.
- Support demand intake, prioritization, and dependency management.
- Define and track KPIs and OKRs to measure integration and value.
- Participate in SC Business Leadership Teams on behalf of Head of Technology.
- Support backlog refinement, planning cycles, and release alignment.
- Ensure visibility and coordination of end-to-end delivery.
- Resolve cross-team dependencies and constraints.
- Provide data-driven reporting on risks and progress.
- Support scalable, integrated solutions across platforms.
- Ensure alignment of architecture and delivery practices.
- Evaluate solution options balancing business and technology.
- Support lifecycle delivery and continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory, GxP, and security requirements.
- Identify and manage risks across platforms.

- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree preferred). - Experience:
