Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior AI Technical Director to join our team!

In this role you will lead a highly skilled technical team and drive technical strategy and grow AI technologies while supporting a SETA portfolio.

This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI and machine learning solutions to address complex business challenges and shape technical strategy.
• Leverage strong relationships to influence decision‑making and strengthen customer trust.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of AI projects, from ideation and prototyping to production and optimization.
• Present technical findings, project updates, and strategic recommendations on AI initiatives to executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Guide and mentor AI engineering and data science teams, promoting best practices in model development, validation, and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to define AI strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and ethical standards.
• Identify emerging solutions, services, and best practices to keep the team at the forefront of innovation.
• Evaluate and select state‑of‑the‑art AI frameworks, tools, and platforms to accelerate modernization and project delivery.
• Ensure responsible AI practices, including model interpretability, fairness, and compliance with data privacy regulations.
• Resolve complex technical issues related to AI model performance, scalability, and integration with existing systems.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and technology, driving their adoption within the organization.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with industry leaders to foster AI innovation and build a high‑performing technology sector.

• Bachelor's Degree
• 15+ years experience within Cybersecurity
• 10+ years experience leading teams.
• Active TS SCI w/Polygraph security clearance
• Prior Experience in Military and USCC
• Expert in SAFe and experience in large PI events.
• Expert in Title 10
• Prior SIGINT Experience
• IAT Level 2 or 3 Certifications.
• Advanced presentation skills
• Superb oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure with strong attention to detail while making decisive decisions
• Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills

• Masters Degree
• IC Experience

An active Top Secret SCI w/Polygraph security clearance is required for this position.
