Description:
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Workday Business Analyst to join Workday Product Management Support (WPMS) team. The candidate will be the primary liaison between financial departments and the technical Workday team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, documenting, and translating business requirements into functional Workday specifications, ensuring the system configurations and processes align with the client's operational, policy, and compliance needs.
The candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between an organization's business needs and technological solutions. They will serve as the link between stakeholders, IT teams, and cross-functional groups, ensuring alignment and facilitating the successful implementation of strategic initiatives.
