Overview
Belay Technologies is seeking multiple Exploitation Analysts (EAs) to support critical missions within the Intelligence Community (IC). As a cyber professional in the IC, you will work as part of a team on the front lines defending against advanced cyber adversaries and contribute to high‑impact national cybersecurity missions that protect critical systems and information.
Responsibilities- Conduct in-depth analysis of network traffic, system data, and adversary activity to identify vulnerabilities, uncover intelligence, and support the development of effective exploitation strategies.
- Apply your deep understanding of adversary networks, network defenses, and cyber network operational capabilities to develop exploitation plans and make operational adjustments as plans are executed.
- Collaborate with government, military, and contractor personnel to develop shared understandings of intelligence needs, mission relevance, and areas of expertise.
- Level 1:
Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience. - Level 2:
Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience. - Level 3:
Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of experience. - Level 4:
Bachelor’s degree with 11 years of experience.
Other degrees may be considered relevant if programs contain a concentration of courses in foundational CS areas such as algorithms, computer architecture, programming methodologies, data structures, logic and computation, and advanced mathematics.
Certifications & Training- 18 semester hours of military training/co‑curriculum in networking, computer science, or cyber topics is equivalent to an Associate’s degree (applicable to Levels 1–4).
- Completion of military training courses such as JCAC (Joint Cyber Analysis Course), UCT (Undergraduate Cyber Training), NWBC/INWT, or Cyber Defense Operations counts toward relevant experience (e.g., 20–24 week courses count as 6 months).
- Must hold a full TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.
- Experience with agency tools or knowledge of agency tools.
- Relevant experience in intelligence analysis such as target development, social network analysis, and metadata analysis.
- Experience in computer or information systems design/development, programming, cyber/network security, vulnerability analysis, penetration testing, computer forensics, information assurance, systems engineering, and network or system administration.
Relevant experience must be in computer or information systems design/development, programming, information/cyber/network security, vulnerability analysis, penetration testing, computer forensics, information assurance, and/or systems engineering. Additional training from specified military courses may count toward requirements.

Salary range: $115,000 – $240,000.
