" Design and architecture, go-live of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions for Payroll, Benefits & Absence based on client requirements and best practices.
" Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to identify defects from configured solutions and recommend solutions.
" Update comprehensive solution designs, configurations, integrations, and data migration strategies.
" Provide technical expertise and guidance to the project team throughout the implementation lifecycle.
" Configure and customize Oracle HCM Cloud applications to align with client requirements and business processes.
