Program Manager, Lead (AI‑RAN Technology Program)
An effective program requires a manager who is passionate about guiding it through the complexities of its lifecycle, dedicated to identifying challenges, mitigating risks, and supporting a team with vision and focus. That’s why we need you, a seasoned program manager who can ensure our AI‑RAN technology program achieves success.
As a lead program manager, you’ll design, implement, and maintain impactful programs by guiding scientists and engineers to tackle our nation’s toughest technology challenges. You’ll organize and coordinate program objectives for government clients, provide direction to your team as they navigate requirements, budget constraints, and staffing challenges, and identify opportunities to grow the business by supporting your client’s mission.
You will broaden your expertise in problem management, strategic planning, contract review, and more, impacting solutions while sharing your knowledge and expertise in program‑management methodologies.
Work with us to deliver emerging wireless technologies that provide scalable and resilient communication solutions to address national challenges.
Qualifications- 10+ years of experience managing complex IT programs, secure mobility deployments, and enterprise‑wide integrations
- 7+ years of experience managing a dispersed workforce and various functions in support of large‑scale DoD efforts
- Experience with Agile methodologies, risk analysis, schedule and budget management, and stakeholder communication
- Knowledge of DoD project or program management practices
- Ability to engage with clients to understand and define IT requirements, translate them into project plans and milestones, and create realistic resource‑loaded schedules to manage and report progress
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field
- PMP Certification
- Knowledge of CSfC requirements, secure mobile communications, layered encryption, zero‑trust architectures, MDM, cloud integration, containerization, and Dev Sec Ops
- Top Secret clearance
- Master’s degree in STEM or Management
- IT, PM, or Governance Certification such as PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMI‑ACP, SAFe Agilist, ITIL Foundation, CISSP, or ITIL 4 Foundation Certification
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information;
Secret clearance is required.
Salary range: $99,000.00 to $ (annualized USD).
