Responsible for supporting servers, current hardware, storage, virtual infrastructures with VMs, new hardware, and resources. Responsible for day‑to‑day operations, creating/deleting VMs, security updates, troubleshooting, resolving issues, managing tickets (Jira). Familiar with automation tools and building of workflows. Responsible for keeping networks up‑to‑date utilizing industry best practices and be able to advise on system and network designs, mission architectures, and simplify and streamline network maintenance tasks.

• Support servers, hardware, storage, virtual infrastructures, and new resources.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations, create/delete VMs, apply security updates, troubleshoot, resolve issues, and manage tickets (Jira).
• Use automation tools and build workflows.
• Maintain network uptime using industry best practices, advise on system and network designs, mission architectures, and streamline network maintenance tasks.

• Experience with multiple operating systems (Windows, Linux, Unix)
• Experience with Ubuntu
• Familiar with system and network security policies and ability to implement them
• Maintain and administer systems and networks (monitoring, patching, troubleshooting)
• Deploy and build VMs
• Assist in annual inventory activities
• Experience with Ansible
• Create and maintain system and network documentation

Fifteen (15) years as a SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.

Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required.

Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.

$202k-$247k (Annually). This range is likely; actual salary will depend on experience, location, and contractual requirements and may be outside the range.

24 days PTO accrued annually and 11 federal holidays.
