Overview
We are building a dedicated Digital Fraud & Abuse capability to protect customers across digital experiences. In this individual contributor role we are looking for a Senior Program Lead to lead cross‑functional execution of fraud prevention and abuse prevention initiatives, translating engineering requirements into actionable technical deliverables and ensuring successful implementation across multiple teams.
Responsibilities- Drive cross‑functional execution and prioritization for fraud prevention projects spanning identity, authentication, abuse prevention, and customer risk management.
- Act as the primary liaison for engineering initiatives addressing digital fraud and abuse.
- Translate engineering requirements into clear technical products for multiple engineering teams.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to define project scope, mitigate obstacles, and ensure successful implementation progress.
- Facilitate technical kickoff meetings by presenting the implementation plan and achieving consensus on scope, timeline, and integration specifications.
- 8+ years in project management and solutions engineering within digital fraud, abuse prevention, identity risk, and related fields.
- Strong technical proficiency—understanding APIs, data workflows, customer environments, and translating requirements for engineering teams.
- Comprehensive knowledge of account takeover, social engineering, and authentication risk.
- Proven ability to drive organizational change in large, matrixed environments.
- Experience building machine learning and heuristic fraud signals and rules.
- Experience partnering closely with product and engineering teams on platform evolution.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity, committed to continuous improvement, and able to take ownership of projects with minimal supervision.
- Experience building programmatic fraud prevention capabilities.
- Insurance, fintech, or large‑scale consumer digital platform experience.
- Familiarity with adaptive authentication, device intelligence, and risk engines.
- Relevant certifications.
