- Drug Discovery Domain Knowledge
- Experience in LIMS system
- Candidate should have minimum 6 to 8 years of experience as business analyst.
- Candidate should have knowledge in early drug discovery domain (5 + yrs experience).
- Should be well versed with In vivo and in vitro Assays.
- Should be able to communicate with scientists/business users to gather requirements, create BRD, FSD.
- Candidate should be able to configure their assays in the existing IS systems.
- Should be able to do functional testing and manage UAT.
- Candidate should be able to create user guide and train the users on the IS systems.
- Should be well versed with ISM, JIRA, Confluence and Miro.
- Should be well versed with Agile/ scaled agile process.
- Should be able to manage risks and able to present the status of all CRO onboarding to Client IS leadership team.
- Should be also to manage and report to CTS leadership and should track any new opportunities coming in the due course.
