Compensation: $40-$45/ hour W2

OverviewThe Infrastructure Operations Analyst role on the Data Center Operations Facilities Site Support team partners with the Corporate Real Estate & Workplace Services and Global Physical Security teams to maintain high performing environmental infrastructure within the Data Centers and ensure all critical Technology spaces are secured and accessible to authorized individuals only. With the growing colocation environment this role is also responsible for managing access to the colocations and Customer Portal.
You will monitor and support existing data centers globally, hardware, software, processes, systems, and other related infrastructure. You will be responsible for service delivery across all technology domains and all consumers, including execution of all recovery, disaster recovery, and related capabilities.
- Leads projects or work streams within broader projects
- Manages relationships with third party suppliers for service delivery
- Accountable for work of self and sometimes others, provides process and standards advice in area of specialty
- Works independently, receives minimal mentoring
- Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for swiftly resolving disruptions to technology services to minimize user impacts and maintain service levels
- Reviews the production readiness of technology solution implementations and coordinates next steps across the involved teams
- Oversees and provides guidance on analysis of performance trends and actions being taken for preventing potential impacts
- Effectively uses logic as a problem-solving tool
- Demonstrates understanding of statistical models for problem analysis
- Actively helps team members and makes suggestions to improve practices
- Reviews critical environment work authorizations and method of procedure documents for accuracy and risk impact
- Works with external vendors to authorize access and work performed within secured Technology space
- Responds to audit requests related to physical access and Data Center environmental controls
- Provides on-call support
- Possesses solid understanding of the tech and asset management industries and internal business units to enable navigation of key partners and understanding of impact
- Typically requires 3+ years of relevant experience
- Requires in-depth knowledge and expertise in your job discipline and working knowledge of related disciplines
- A solid understanding of the broader technology portfolio
- Stays abreast of industry trends and technologies
- Maintains root cause analysis skills for investigation of incidents impacting technology availability
- Engages various teams to evaluate and implement performance tuning recommendations
- Experience with Service Now and Struxure Ware Data Center Expert preferred
- Certified Data Centre Professional (CDCP) certification or Data Centre Certified Associate (DCCA) from Schneider Electric preferred
