Job Description

Warfare Systems (WS), a division of HII Mission Technologies, provides full-spectrum cyber, EW, and space capabilities that address today’s rapidly changing, multi‑domain security threats. The role is a senior level CNO Analyst/Engineer that supports National Defense efforts by designing, writing, and executing software test plans; managing configuration and IP; replicating real‑world network scenarios in a lab environment; and providing technical writing on lab design, tool usage, and testing procedures.

Mid level: $125,000 – $145,000
Senior level: $138,000 – $175,000
Salary ranges are estimates based on location, expectations, and responsibilities.

• Experience with configuration management, IP management, and troubleshooting.
• Collect on‑net signatures for network security devices.
• Identify signatures unique to a particular device.
• Provide written reports on results of evaluations.

• Bachelor's Degree in Network Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• Nine years of relevant experience (or 13 years without a BS).
• Six years of experience in computer science, information systems, or network engineering.
• Three years of experience with system (Windows, Linux, and Solaris) and network administration.
• Three years of experience with network protocols, routing devices, computer security devices, security architecture, methodologies, and tools.
• TS/SCI Security Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph.

• Certifications in MCSE, RHCE, CEH, CCNA, or CISSP.

Work may be required in an office, industrial, shipboard, or laboratory environment. Must be capable of climbing ladders and tolerating confined spaces and extreme temperature variances.
