CompensationAnnual Salary Range: $113,000 – $158,000 (based on experience and qualifications)
Responsibilities- Provide expertise, vendor knowledge, and industry best practices across digital technology components including Identity Resolution, Data Management, Analytics/Measurement & Reporting, Artificial Intelligence and Modeling, Audience Management, Testing and Optimization, Content Management and Delivery, Channel Personalization, Demand Generation, and AdTech.
- Build relationships and manage client expectations by facilitating and driving client meetings and discussions.
- Lead daily delivery efforts partnering with engagement team members to complete materials in PowerPoint, Excel, and Lucidchart.
- Lead discovery meetings with clients, partners, vendors, or subject matter experts, taking notes, gathering documentation, and identifying follow‑ups.
- Bring an industry‑leading perspective to key areas of the customer experience technology stack and create expertise.
- Provide opinions and recommendations for all marketing‑related technology use cases.
- Lead consulting engagements by building storytelling and developing recommendations for how to best use information and technology to guide programs across all channels and media.
- Manage consulting analysts to guide work product development, coach storytelling skills, and educate on technology capabilities.
- Leverage existing frameworks and gather important assets and materials.
- Oversee internal projects to improve the offerings and capabilities of the team, including bringing new consulting engagements to leadership for consideration.
- Develop materials to illustrate and educate teams on how CX technology components work together to support evolved customer experiences.
- Support business development opportunities across a variety of industries as a technology strategy subject‑matter expert (SME) or identify opportunities within existing clients.
- 10+ years of experience consulting within technology or marketing, or 10+ years of experience working in a digital agency operating marketing technology in a specific field.
- Senior knowledge of Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM) technical concepts and customer experience technology, including loyalty, service, commerce, content, analytics, and cloud technologies.
- Expert knowledge in relational databases, customer data integration, analytic modeling, campaign management, content management, commerce, loyalty, messaging, service, and business intelligence systems.
- Experience managing people and leading a diverse team.
- Expert proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Lucidchart, Miro, and Vizio.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- Ability to travel for clients up to 25%.
- Deep understanding and proficiency in how a technology ecosystem works and is implemented for marketing/business teams, including platforms such as Email Service Platform, CDP, Digital Asset Manager, Data Lake, or technology.
- Success in leading consulting work for clients and providing presentations and deliverables.
- Demonstrated experience in testing, expanding, and correcting personal knowledge of a topic to improve existing skills.
- Desire to understand client systems and challenges to provide insightful, nuanced, and specific recommendations.
