Position: Target Digital Network Analyst 2 with Security Clearance

Target Digital Network Analyst 2 – Annapolis Junction, Maryland – Full‑time, on‑site. Join Wyetech’s FF Team / Analysis & Reporting.

Responsibilities

Conduct advanced analysis of collection and open‑source data to generate insights and leads. Ensure target continuity, profile targets and their activities, and develop techniques to gain additional target information. Maintain appropriate databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis. Build comprehensive baseline profiles of designated target sets. Identify intelligence gaps to tailor current collection or enable new collection to close the gaps. Employ multiple analysis disciplines such as pattern recognition against targets’ communications, network usage, and digital footprints.

Apply knowledge of IC needs, missions, and target culture, behaviors, and communications technologies. Mentor other analysts on the tools and methodologies used for Target Digital Network Analysis.

Qualifications
  • U.S. citizenship.
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance with agency‑appropriate polygraph.
  • Minimum of nine (9) years of experience with a high‑school diploma or GED, or seven (7) years of experience with an Associate’s Degree in a liberal arts field (or any other degree), or five (5) years of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree in a liberal arts field (or any other degree), or three (3) years of experience with a Master’s Degree in a liberal arts field (or any other degree), or two (2) years of experience with a Doctorate Degree in a liberal arts field (or any other degree).
  • Relevant experience in information technology (IT) and information security (IS) with coursework equivalent to a Computer Science major may be considered.
  • Ability to run basic DNI and DNR queries, task selectors, evaluate leads for tasking, and apply appropriate tasking authorities.
  • Basic understanding of internet protocols, digital telecommunications technologies, internet routing, and SIGINT collection.
  • Capability for target discovery and collection triage.
