• Education:
  
  Bachelor's degree in technical discipline from an accredited college or university
• Certification in good standing which qualifies for CWQMP (formerly CWIP) Basic Proficiency Level
• Experience:
  
  15+ years of related experience
• Technical skills:
  Linux (RHEL, Rocky, Ubuntu), Windows Active Directory, LDAP, VMware, management of virtual machines and hypervisors, Git Lab administration, automated build/runners, Net Backup, Ansible, basic networking, implementation and enforcement of security policies, and integration with enterprise security monitor systems and log collection
• Security clearance level:
  Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph required
• US citizenship required
• Role requirements:
  
  Ability to proficiently:
• Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems
• Manage the daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systems
• Provide problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems
• Provide assistance to users in accessing and using IT systems
• Provide support to IT systems including day‑to‑day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc.
• Provide basic and advanced problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems
• Communicate status to agency management and internal customers
• Optimize system operations and resource utilization, and perform system capacity analysis and planning
• Assure completion of the resolution process
• Provide in‑depth experience in troubleshooting IT systems
• Configure and manage Linux operating systems and install/load operating system software, troubleshoot, maintain integrity and configure network components along with implementing operating system enhancements to improve reliability and performance
• Support the design of secure systems, mission architecture and associated hardware
• Analyze and resolve complex problems associated with server hardware, applications and software integration

The likely salary range for this position is $229,500 - $310,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
