Position: Senior IT Help Desk Technician II (ITIL/Adobe Connect)

Contact Government Services, LLC is looking for a Senior Help Desk Technician II in Baltimore, Maryland. This full-time role involves providing Level 1 & 2 Help Desk support to a variety of end users in the Executive Office for the United States Attorneys. Key responsibilities include training users, software/hardware installation, and managing IT inventories.

The ideal candidate will have ITIL certification and experience with Adobe Connect. A competitive salary ranging from $108,000 to $156,000 per year along with health benefits, 401k, and paid time off are included.
