Lead Designer

Ensure accessibility and compliance with design standards.
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent experience). 7 years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or related fields. Proven experience with end-to-end design across complex systems. Strong systems thinking and problem simplification skills. Experience in Agile or similar delivery models and cross-functional environments.
