Business Analyst needed to join a team of 4-6 Service Now Developers and Sr Business Analysts in work streams and releases used on implementation/discovery of IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Configuration Management Databases (CMDB) and to manage the Federal Government Client relationship.
ResponsibilitiesDevelops a thorough understanding of the requirements then applies industry best practices and detailed knowledge of Service Now to implement an optimal solution that supports the business process that meets or exceeds functional requirements.
Works closely with the Service Now Architects, Developers and other BAs to ensure the solution is technically feasible and to identify areas to reduce implementation efforts.
Assists in quality management reviews and ensures that all business and design requirements are met
May also assist and sometimes test plan development and execution
Supports Organizational Change Management (OCM) efforts
Participates in internal development of business process story / requirement gathering
Provides process flow and other system diagramming
QualificationsAbility to obtain and maintain a Suitability clearance
Relevant experience in Business Analysis for system design, system architecture, business technical architecture, business system requirements definition, or similar in CRM (ServiceNOW ideally) OR in the Financial Industry
Experience as a Business Analyst for commercial or government clients
Experience leading the discovery, solicitation, documentation and translation of customer requirements
Excellent writing and communication skills
PreferredExperience interfacing with Federal Government customers
