- 5+ years of experience with Linux administration such as Ubuntu and RHEL, including system hardening, package management, service configuration, networking, and troubleshooting
- 5+ years of experience developing software, automation solutions, or infrastructure tooling using languages such as Python, Bash, and Power Shell
- Experience implementing Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), Git-based workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and automated configuration enforcement in enterprise environments
- Experience applying security hardening standards, including STIGs, across Linux, Windows, VMware, and application environments
- Experience analyzing requirements, designing automation solutions, and resolving complex operational or workflow challenges
- Ability to create and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and compliance artifacts
