Role Overview
The Logistics and Inventory Operations Manager will lead logistics and warehouse operations, manage IT asset management, and oversee inventory control. The role requires a strong knowledge of ITIL-aligned service delivery practices, request fulfillment, and operational reporting. The Manager will develop and enforce warehouse safety procedures, ensure IT assets are accurately tracked, and manage synchronization between contractor-managed IT asset records and government property accountability systems.
WhatYou Will Do
The Manager will lead annual and recurring inventory activities, manage software asset management operations, and serve as a primary operational liaison with government senior officials. The role involves developing and executing strategic communications, tracking and reporting performance against contractual metrics, and engaging senior leaders on logistics execution and inventory accountability.

Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in IT operations, logistics, warehouse management, inventory management, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience leading teams in an IT operations, logistics, warehouse, ITAM, field services, service delivery, or federal contract environment
- Experience working with ITSM platforms, CMDBs, ticketing systems, inventory systems, asset tracking tools, warehouse management tools, or government property accountability systems
- Strong knowledge of ITIL-aligned service delivery practices, request fulfillment, ITSM workflows, operational reporting, asset accountability, and customer support processes
- Ability to obtain and maintain an active Secret clearance or higher
