Director - Change Management

Job Description

Insight Global is searching for an experienced professional who has oversees change management for Workday-specific implementations within a hospital/healthcare system. With the organization set to kick-off Phase 1 of the implementation on January 1st, the focus will be around deployment of the below modules colored in green. It is important that this person has experience with HCM, Financial Management, Supply Chain Management and Marketing as it relates to CM within a Workday implementation.

It is imperative that this person have experience with building out organizational CM playbooks and working with C-suite to help drive adoption of new systems.

• Change Management experience with Workday Implementations in a healthcare/hospital setting – specifically Human Capital Management (HCM), Supply Chain, Financial Management and Marketing.
• Experience supporting discovery: reviewing 6-7 months of existing analysis, pain point docs, integrator selection materials as they pertain to current state
• Experience establishing measurable KPIs and baselines before implementation changes anything
• Strong experience forming relationships with stakeholders in the ultimate implementation
• Experience creating a change management playbook for an organization: this person will be a big part of decision making as it relates to CM
• Experience creating direction for training of new systems
• Experience with creating appropriate organizational messaging
