Leidos is seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst to be part of the mission solution and help lead SSA's Digital Modernization Strategy. Join one of our high performing teams responsible for building the next-generation enterprise APIs and modern responsive user interfaces, supporting the Social Security Administration (SSA) and their mission to meet the changing needs of the public, positively impacting at least 65 million American lives per month.

We are a team of forward-looking professionals in need of a strong candidate with these key required skills:

Defining and documenting system requirements; creating test plans and test cases; using Agile methodologies; analyzing business processes; writing complex SQL queries, joining multiple tables, and performing data transformations; and experience with Manual Testing

Selected candidate must be willing to work on-site in Woodlawn, MD 5 days a week

• Analyze business processes to identify, define, and document requirements.
• Writing complex SQL queries, joining multiple tables, and performing data transformations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals, including facilitating meetings and sharing information.
• Write clear, concise, and actionable user stories that accurately capture stakeholder requirements.
• Conduct manual testing

Foundation For Success (Basic Qualifications)

• Proficient in defining system documentation requirements based on input from technical personnel.
• Experience creating test plan, test cases and test execution.
• Strong experience working in an Agile methodology
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle and CMMI Level 3 Methodologies

These skills will help you succeed in this position:

Selected candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance. Master's and 6+ years of experience, Bachelor's and 8+ years of experience or 12+ years in lieu of a degree

• Knowledge of creating and maintaining Data Flow Diagrams and developing Use Cases.
• Strong communication and technical writing skills.
• Experience with manual testing and have good knowledge of DB, SQL and API testing.
• Communication skills to present ideas and concepts effectively; strong and proven problem solving.
• Self-managed with the ability to mentor others.
