Job Description:
We are seeking a Billing Analyst to support payment processing and reconciliation within a healthcare environment. This role involves handling member payments, resolving discrepancies, and working with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage member payments and billing operations.
- Perform payment posting and reconciliation.
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams.
- Analyze billing data using Excel.
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience (or 6 years without a degree).
- Experience in billing, payment processing, or reconciliation.
- Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with EDI 820 transactions.
- Healthcare or insurance background.
