You will hold primary responsibility for partnerships and engagement in North America while also leading a small team of regional partnership leads to ensure global coverage. You will work directly with Cyber leadership to shape and execute the Firm's engagement and partnership strategies, facilitate the flow of actionable threat intelligence to Firm Threat Intelligence and broader cyber teams, and ensure vendor risk functions are informed of sector-relevant threats and identified risks.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive engagement strategy for government agencies, intelligence community entities, industry associations, peer institutions, and other key stakeholders to strengthen the Firm's cybersecurity posture across the financial sector in the United States and globally.
Represent the Firm at industry events, conferences, intelligence committees, and working groups to build relationships and promote the Firm's cybersecurity strategy. Domestic travel may be required, approximately a few days per month.
Act as the primary point of contact between the Firm and government agencies on cybersecurity matters, including formal information-sharing arrangements and classified engagements.
Facilitate the collection and exchange of sector threat intelligence with external partners; ensure actionable intelligence is triaged and delivered to Firm Threat Intelligence for operational use, and coordinate the distribution of sanitized intelligence to trusted partners.
Collaborate with senior Cyber executives and cross-functional teams to ensure the Firm's external engagement strategy aligns with broader business and cybersecurity objectives.
Serve as the liaison to the Firm's vendor risk functions, ensuring sector threat intelligence and identified sector risks inform third-party risk management efforts.
Monitor and report on emerging cybersecurity threats and trends; provide actionable recommendations to internal teams with a focus on both Firm systems and growing vendor-associated risks.
Plan and facilitate regular multilateral meetings between Firm, sector, and government representatives, including agenda development, presentation creation, and action item follow-up.
Oversee the maintenance and tracking of security clearance requirements for Firm employees and manage VARs for government facility access.
Skills & Experience:
Proven ability to build and maintain trusted relationships at all levels, including with senior government officials, intelligence community representatives, and C-suite executives
Demonstrated experience in relationship, stakeholder, or membership management
Strong facilitation skills with the ability to drive consensus and deliver measurable value across diverse stakeholder groups
Experience planning and facilitating effective meetings with senior and cross-organizational participants
Ability to create polished, executive-level presentations and briefing materials
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Integrity, diplomacy, tact, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive and classified information with appropriate confidentiality
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Self-starter with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative
Knowledge of and/or experience working with FS-ISAC, U.S. Treasury, CISA, U.S. law enforcement and intelligence community entities, peer financial institutions, or other partnership organizations
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in cybersecurity, information technology, intelligence studies, business, or a related field
