It Support Analyst

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst to join our team and provide technical support to our staff and clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for helping others.

• - Provide technical support to staff and clients, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up new equipment, and resolving network connectivity problems
• - Maintain and update computer systems and software, ensuring they are running efficiently and securely
• - Monitor and respond to IT help desk requests, providing timely and effective solutions
• - Collaborate with other IT team members to implement new systems and technologies
• - Develop and maintain IT documentation, including user guides and training materials
• - Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and advancements to continuously improve our systems and processes
• - Assist with IT projects and initiatives as needed

• - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• - Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support
• - Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems, hardware and software troubleshooting, and network connectivity
• - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other common business applications
• - Excellent communication and customer service skills
• - Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• - Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines
• - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• - IT certifications, such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA), are a plus
