Senior Service Now Developer/ Team Lead (HYBRID)

Location:

Woodlawn, MD Job Type: Permanent / Full-Time Only W2 candidates are eligible for this position. Third-party or C2C candidates will not be considered. Key Requirements 8+ years of Service Now development experience Bachelor's + 7 years of experience, Master's + 5 years, or 11+ years in lieu of a degree Strong technical leadership experience 5+ years of technical leadership driving solutions/change 5+ years of architecture/system design experience 5+ years supporting IT-related data integrity, including CMDB, HAM, SAM, etc.

Strong experience across Service Now modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HAM/SAM, ITBM, CSM, Sec Ops, GRC and/or HR

Experience with AWS Cloud Management Platform Federal Government experience

Experience with Service Now integrations and third-party technologies Strong written and verbal communication skills Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Service Now CSA/CAD and CIS certifications are highly desirable
