This position is awaiting contract award.

We are seeking high-caliber Senior Program / Project / Management Analysts designated as Key Personnel to drive strategic program analysis and operational planning for the F/A-18 variants program at NAS Patuxent River. In this critical, high-visibility role, you will serve as a principal advisor, utilizing advanced analytical techniques to evaluate complex program objectives, cross-reference multi-million dollar budgets, and track high-visibility acquisition schedules.

  • Direct the collection, integration, organization, and translation of vast datasets spanning aircraft, weapons, project acquisition, and product sustainment programs.
  • Enforce and optimize government-instituted processes for configuration change control management, official milestone documentation, and technical data management life cycles.
  • Establish tracking frameworks for overarching program milestones and schedules, authoring executive summaries and technical reports for senior military and civilian stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess or be able to obtain a Department of Defense (DoD) Secret Security Clearance to access the airfield and military installation.
  • Master of Arts (MA) or Master of Science (MS) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Over 10 years of progressive experience in program analysis, defense acquisition, or project management performing the functional duties described above.
  • Elite analytical and predictive modeling capabilities, mastery of project management suites (e.g., MS Project, advanced Excel), and exceptional technical writing skills suitable for senior leadership review.

Preferred Experience:
