Commercial Lines Account Manager

Our client is seeking a skilled and client-focused Commercial Lines Account Manager to manage a diverse book of business and deliver exceptional service to their commercial clients. Role can be onsite or hybrid. No remote candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and service assigned commercial accounts with a focus on retention and client satisfaction
• Handle renewals, marketing, policy changes, and coverage reviews
• Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor
• Collaborate with producers and carriers to ensure timely, accurate policy delivery
• Identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling

Qualifications:

• Active Property & Casualty license
• 4+ years of commercial lines account management experience
• Strong knowledge of carrier systems and commercial coverages
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proven success in managing and growing client accounts.
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and services.
• Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple timelines effectively
• EPIC or AMS
  360 experience is required
