We are seeking a motivated and strategic insurance professional to run a Farmers insurance agency by leading the growth, operations, and client service functions of a dynamic insurance agency. Evaluate the unique risk profiles of our clients to craft comprehensive, personalized coverage solutions.

Maintain and grow your portfolio by identifying new opportunities to support existing policyholders.

Guide clients through the claims process with clarity, empathy, and professional support.

Stay ahead of industry updates to ensure our clients always have the most relevant and effective protection.

Participate in local Baltimore community events to build meaningful professional networks.

Collaborate with our underwriting partners to secure the best terms and rates for our customers.

Maryland Property & Casualty and Life & Health producer licenses.

Three or more years of experience managing a diverse book of insurance business.

Strong command of agency management software and digital documentation systems.

Clear and articulate communication style for explaining complex policy details.

A proactive approach to problem-solving and client advocacy.

Prior experience in consultative sales or a client-facing advisory role is highly valued.
