As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing generalist accounts, providing exceptional service, and ensuring client satisfaction. This is a fully onsite position, offering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

• Salary:
  Competitive, up to $80,000 annually

• Manage and service a portfolio of generalist commercial lines accounts.
• Handle marketing, servicing, and quoting for both new and renewal business.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless account management.
• Utilize AMS
  360 software to maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
• Support the team in achieving departmental goals and objectives.

• Licensure:
  Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience:
  Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial lines account management.
• Skills:
  Strong background in marketing, servicing, and quoting.
• Software Proficiency:
  
  Experience with AMS
  360 is preferred.
• Work Environment:
  Must be able to work fully onsite.
• Preferred Background:
  Generalist account experience is required; candidates with niche experience (e.g., trucking) may not be a fit.
