** This is an excellent opportunity for current law school students and recent law school graduates interested in becoming litigators. You will gain valuable experience in a fast-paced personal injury/workers' compensation practice and learn from three seasoned trial attorneys. We are offering a $500 signing bonus for this position.**
As a Law Clerk at The Law Offices of Steven H. Heisler, LLC, you will provide support to our attorneys through all stages of litigation. You will be exposed to invaluable knowledge and problem-solving skills across a variety of cases. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, legal research, client interviews, trial preparation, drafting and editing legal documents (complaints, motions, briefs, discovery), filing pleadings in district/circuit courts, and organizing/summarizing medical records.

- Monday - Thursday: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Friday: 9:00 am - 3:00 pm
