Salary $95,000 - $120,000 per year

This is a well-established, boutique plaintiff-side litigation firm based in Maryland with a strong concentration in workers’ compensation matters. • Manage a full caseload of plaintiff‑side workers’ compensation matters from intake through resolution
• Appear regularly before the Maryland Workers’ Compensation Commission for hearings and conferences
• Prepare and present cases, including witness preparation and evidentiary issues
• Negotiate settlements with defense counsel and insurers
• Work closely with clients, medical providers, and support staff to advance claims efficiently
• Maintain accurate case files and meet procedural deadlines
