Registered Funds Attorney Associate

Overview

I am working closely with a Vault 10 firm looking to grow its Band 1 Registered Funds Practice in the DC office. This is a direct search with the partners, not a posted position.

The firm offers one of the premier funds groups in the world, including private, registered, and regulatory work. Attorneys work seamlessly between various offices, and this initiative aims to add multiple attorneys to the group's DC presence.

• 2-4 years of experience, preferably from another large firm (SEC or other on-point experience will be considered and strong candidates with related practice in a corporate subset but lacking pure registered funds experience may be considered as well).
• Academic credentials must be top notch (T14 law school preferred, strong grades).

Compensation: top of the market with no billable requirement
