Associate Attorney – Casualty Litigation

Walters & Galloway, PLLC, a respected community-based firm serving Mechanicsburg and surrounding areas, seeks an associate attorney with two to five years of experience and ready to take ownership of meaningful client matters. This role offers hands‑on litigation, transactional, and case management experience, direct client contact, and mentorship from experienced practitioners.

• Manage litigation matters, including pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation.
• Assist with transactional work and case management.
• Maintain direct client communication and build client relationships.
• Take ownership of client matters and provide high‑quality representation.

• Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania.
• Two to five years of relevant experience in litigation or related practice.
• Highly organized, client‑focused, and motivated to build a long‑term practice within the community.
• Strong ability to manage a manageable caseload and take ownership of client matters.
