  • A collaborative, team‑oriented culture built on trust, respect, and professionalism
  • Competitive compensation and benefits package
  • Long‑term opportunity within a stable and growing practice
Candidate Attributes:

  • Strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail
  • Positive, professional attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
  • Sound judgment and ability to handle sensitive family and financial matters with discretion
  • Clear and professional written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to take ownership of work and follow through on responsibilities
  • Team‑oriented mindset with respect for the roles of others
  • Comfort working directly with clients, including individuals and families
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Adobe PDF tools
Preferred (But Not Required)

Experience:

  • Experience with residential real estate documents, including contracts of sale, deeds, deeds of trust, or mortgage documents
  • Experience with recordings and land records offices
  • Paralegal certificate or relevant coursework
Job Duties:
  • Assist with preparing residential contracts of sale, including transactions where buyers and sellers are not represented by real estate agents
  • Assist with residential closings by preparing and organizing documentation, tracking timelines, and coordinating execution
  • Support attorneys by ensuring transactions move forward efficiently, accurately, and predictably
  • Assist with preparing private financing documents, including promissory notes, deeds of trust, and related ancillary documents, under attorney supervision
  • Prepare deeds and conveyance documents, including individual, intra‑family, LLC, and trust‑related transfers
  • Manage the recording of deeds and deeds of trust with applicable land records offices, including submission, tracking, and post‑recording follow‑up
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical files, checklists, and transaction timelines in a high‑volume practice area
  • Communicate proactively with attorneys regarding matter status, deadlines, and outstanding items
  • Serve as a professional and reassuring point of contact for clients on procedural matters
  • Assist with client intake calls, scheduling, and general matter support
  • Perform other paralegal duties and related assignments as needed
Compensation Range:
