This is a full-time, on-site role located in Baltimore, MD. The professional in this role will perform tasks that may include legal document preparation and review, researching case law and medical records, client communication, and the coordination of case management. Additionally, the role involves supporting attorneys in trial preparation and maintaining effective organization of case files.

$75,000+ based on experience. The package also includes paid health insurance coverage, retirement benefits, and PTO.

• Effective client communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities for managing case files
• Experience with drafting written discovery
• Proficiency in legal software and tools; familiarity with medical malpractice is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Previous experience in medical malpractice or personal injury law is preferred
• Experience with medical record organization
