Job Details- Manage a full caseload of plaintiff-side workers’ compensation matters from intake through resolution
- Appear regularly before the Maryland Workers’ Compensation Commission for hearings and conferences
- Prepare and present cases, including witness preparation and evidentiary issues
- Negotiate settlements with defense counsel and insurers
- Work closely with clients, medical providers, and support staff to advance claims efficiently
- Maintain accurate case files and meet procedural deadlines
- 3+ years experience in plaintiff personal injury or workers’ compensation law
- Strong courtroom advocacy and case management skills
