Under Armour in Baltimore is seeking an Account Service Associate to manage customer service for our high-volume North American Wholesale accounts. You will analyze fill rates, problem-solve for delays, and coordinate with sales and buyers to plan actions for orders.
You will run SAP and BI reports to track current and future fill rates, support the warehouse timing, prepare allocation reports, and respond to inquiries about orders, shipments, and pricing.
