Core Responsibilities:
- Support procurement activities for replacement spares, including RFQs, missing parts requests, Pre-Go Live requirements, drop-ship orders, and other critical customer needs.
- Lead and support sourcing, inventory, forecasting, and commercialization activities associated with new spare part and tool offerings.
- Provide functional support and backup coverage for Engineer-to-Order (ETO) procurement activities during periods of peak demand or resource constraints.
- Manage supplier capacity planning and risk mitigation efforts to ensure alignment between supplier capabilities and business demand.
- Serve as a key Supply Chain representative for analytics and workflow platforms, including Palantir Foundry, driving adoption and continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting tools, and analytical solutions that improve visibility, decision-making, and operational performance.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to resolve material management and supply chain process challenges while establishing scalable long-term solutions.
- Partner with Engineering, Operations, Program Management, Scheduling, and Supply Chain teams to support forecasting, material availability, supplier development, and successful project execution.
- Drive measurable improvements in cost, supplier performance, inventory effectiveness, and operational efficiency through strategic sourcing, analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Position Requirements
:
