Hellenic Cables, a subsidiary of Cenergy Holdings with more than 70 years of manufacturing excellence, is expanding its global footprint with a new state-of-the-art facility in Baltimore, Maryland. This advanced manufacturing operation will support growing global demand for highly engineered power and telecommunications cable products.

As part of this growth, we are seeking a Supply Chain Manager to support plant operations. This is a rare opportunity to build and own an end-to-end supply chain function, from strategic sourcing and supplier management through production planning, warehousing, and inbound/outbound logistics within a growing, well-capitalized global manufacturer.

The Supply Chain Manager owns the full supply chain lifecycle for the Baltimore facility, combining strategic procurement (Machinery & Industrial Services, Raw & Secondary Materials, MRO – Spare Parts & Consumables, and General & IT Goods and Services) with production planning, receiving, warehousing, and shipping operations. This role partners closely with plant leadership, operations, engineering, finance, and corporate procurement to ensure material availability, control cost, and keep product moving efficiently from supplier to customer.

This position reports directly to the site Senior Operations Director, with dotted-line reporting to both the General Manager of Hellenic Cables Americas and the Corporate Procurement Category Director and works closely with the Corporate Procurement team on strategic sourcing, supplier agreements, and best practices across the organization. The Supply Chain Manager leads the site's planning, warehousing, and shipping/receiving team and directs procurement activity for the plant, with the team expected to grow alongside the plant's production ramp-up.
