is looking for you to join our Baltimore Logistics Center as a Manufacturing Operations Manager 2 based out of Curtis Bay, MD.

What You’ll Get To Do
  • Lead and develop a team responsible for inventory management and material control within the Baltimore Logistics Center warehouse
  • Own the execution and continuous improvement of the cycle counting program, including planning, scheduling, and reconciliation of discrepancies
  • Ensure strict adherence to MMAS (Material Management and Accounting System) standards, internal controls, and documented procedures
  • Monitor inventory accuracy, on-hand balances, and adjustments; drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for count and transaction discrepancies
  • Partner closely with Manufacturing, Planning, Quality, and Finance to ensure accurate material availability, timely issue/return transactions, and compliance to audit requirements
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for inventory accuracy, cycle count performance, and transactional integrity; regularly report status and drive improvement actions
  • Champion process standardization, documentation, and training across the team to maintain a compliant and efficient warehouse operation
  • Support internal and external audits, providing objective evidence of MMAS compliance and effective inventory control practices
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of combined experience in warehouse operations, supply chain, logistics, or inventory management; a Master’s degree and 6 years of combined experience in warehouse operations, supply chain, logistics, or inventory management;
    High school diploma/GED and 12 years of combined experience in warehouse operations, supply chain, logistics, or inventory management may be considered in lieu of degree requirement
  • Experience Leading (supervisor, team lead, or manager) in a fast-paced environment in warehouse, supply chain, or inventory control and driving root-cause analysis and corrective actions for inventory discrepancies
  • Experience working with inventory management in a distribution environment (material control, transactions, inventory accuracy, or cycle counting)
  • Experience using MMAS (Material Management and Accounting Systems) requirements, internal controls, or similar compliant material control environments
  • Experience using ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Costpoint, Oracle, or equivalent) to execute material or inventory transactions
  • Experience using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for analysis and reporting
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance
  • U.S. Citizenship required
