We are seeking a passionate Commodity Buyer to drive strategic sourcing and procurement excellence, collaborating with dedicated teams to deliver innovative solutions that power the future of rail mobility. As a professional and team manager, you will own complex challenges and contribute to a legacy of reliability and progress.

• Develop scalable sourcing strategies to optimize supplier performance and cost efficiency
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with engineering, quality, and operations teams
• Ensure reliability in supply chain processes, mitigating risks and maintaining continuity
• Champion innovation by identifying and integrating new suppliers and technologies
• Promote knowledge sharing and best practices across procurement and business units

You’ll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, ensuring seamless integration of business and technology.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field
• Experience in commodity buying or strategic sourcing
• Proficiency in procurement systems, contract negotiation, and supplier management
• Strong understanding of market analysis, cost modeling, and risk mitigation
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

• On-time delivery of sourcing projects aligned with strategic goals
• Effective collaboration and leadership within cross-functional teams
• Reduction in supply chain defects and increased operational efficiency
