Restoration Technician Service Master by Singer

We are a family‑owned business that restores commercial and residential properties affected by smoke, fire, water, or mold damage. Service Master by Singer, a premiere full‑service restoration contractor, serves the greater Baltimore Metro, District Maryland, Virginia Metro, and the Greater Wilmington Metro area. With growth, our operations have become more complex and we need an individual to help navigate these challenges.

What you will do in this position: This role will have a major impact on the company by applying core technical skills and strong communication. Responsibilities include leading Fire, Pack‑Out, Content Cleaning or Mold assignments—you will analyze situations, develop plans of action, and restore assignments to their pre‑loss condition. You will manage the mitigation portion of the project, performing it yourself or leading a team of technicians, and will handle all required documentation, client communication, and superior customer service.

As a lead, you will guide others and help them develop.

Qualifications:

You should meet the department standards for the Production Team and have the ambition to become a Project Manager or Department Manager. Experience leading teams, understanding industry standards, strong communication, and a track record of achieving goals are essential.
