• Communicate with Front Desk staff, the Maintenance Manager, or the General Manager regarding grounds-related problems or issues that require immediate attention.
• Perform daily inspection of the property for maintenance issues.
• Clean and maintain all exterior landscape lighting.
• Perform necessary room touch-ups and repairs—including furniture, fixtures, basic electrical, basic plumbing, and HVAC system repair.
• Help the Maintenance Manager ensure the property passes all city, safety, and ADA codes.
• Perform all regularly scheduled maintenance operations (filters, paint, updates, furniture change-out, etc.).
• Maintain all equipment/tools; report the condition of all equipment/tools and notify the General Manager when broken, lost, etc.
• Manage offsite maintenance and landscaping purchasing.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of warehouse area.
• Coordinate special projects with other managers and staff.
• Communicate with Housekeeping staff regarding room cleanliness/condition.
• Responsible for the maintenance of company vehicles if applicable.
• Problem‑solve and implement methods to improve the department.

• You have a High School Diploma or General Education Degree.
• You have a 1+ year of related maintenance experience preferred.
• You can speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) of the workplace.
• You can read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• You can write routine reports and correspondence.
• You can speak effectively before guests and groups of co‑workers.
