• Experience in construction, carpentry, or similar hands‑on work is a plus!

• Repair pallets using power tools (nail guns, saws, hammers).
• Inspect and restore pallets to top condition.
• Work fast, hit goals, and keep safety first.
• Stay on the move—lifting, bending, and stacking all shift long.
• Keep your workspace clean and organized.
• Be ready for overtime when needed (extra $$!).
