Basic Function: Perform facility maintenance duties and serve customers. The role requires working with minimum supervision and may include equipment service and general housekeeping tasks.

• Perform all maintenance and cleaning tasks noted in the checklists and as directed by the facility manager/supervisor.
• Walk the garage daily to note and correct any maintenance problems.
• Sweep and pick up around entrances and exits, stairwells, booth, office and restrooms.
• Empty all trashcans in the garage, booth and office.
• Paint any and all areas of the facility as directed by the manager.
• Replace burned‑out bulbs and apply oil absorbent to oil spills.
• Submit requests for repairs or maintenance.
• Check safety items such as gate arms to ensure clearance bars are secure.
• Check ticket spitters and gates daily for proper operations and accuracy.
• Provide ticket and gate counter reports to the manager.
• Keep an inventory of janitorial supplies and maintain a sweep sheet.
• Operate sweepers, scrubbers, and outdoor equipment such as weed eaters or lawnmowers as required.
• Shovel, plow or blow snow from entrances or exits during winter conditions.
• Report any violations of company policy, safety hazards or unusual occurrences to the manager.
• Practice the Three Keys to Customer Satisfaction and the Five Customer Service Behaviors.
• Assist customers within the facility or as directed.
• Resolve customer complaints independently or with supervisor aid.
• Cover additional duties including cashier or attendant on an as‑needed basis.
• Maintain a neat and clean appearance, arriving and staying in complete uniform.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay Rate: $15.00 to $17.00 per hour.

Education/

Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent combined with facility maintenance, electrical, and/or painting experience.

License Requirement: Valid state‑issued driver’s license if required to operate a company vehicle.

Availability: Availability to work any shift; 3rd shift and/or weekends may be required.

Physical Demands: Hand and finger use, frequent sit, reach, stand, walk for up to 8 hours; climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, turn, bend; lift and move 50 pounds or more regularly; withstand dusty or chemical environments and extreme weather.
