Pay: $20.75 - $21.15 per hour, based on experience

Schedule:

6:00 pm – 6:30 am on a 2.2.3 shift (2 nights, 3 days, 2 nights)

Job Overview

Logistics Operator III handles a variety of warehouse duties, such as pallet building, inbound unloading, outbound loading, replenishment, and order fulfillment. The role may require the use of a PIT forklift.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Retrieve and place cases of product onto pre‑determined pallets, building a stable pile and meeting safety, accuracy, and efficiency standards.
  • Load outbound product and deposit items from storage areas to loading docks and trailers in a safe, accurate, and efficient manner.
  • Replenish product to pick or mezzanine areas from storage areas to specific bins.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety of the work area, perform pallet building as directed.
  • Assume other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Work at a fast pace while walking and repetitively lifting 30–75 lbs.
  • Collaborate within a team environment.
  • Coordinate and organize efficient warehouse processes.
  • Transition between work areas as needed, meeting minimum expectations.
  • Read and interpret computer screen instructions.
  • Pay attention to detail and differentiate packages.
  • Work in noisy, non‑climate‑controlled environments at varied temperatures.
  • Self‑starter, proactive, and value‑add oriented.
  • Flexible scheduling due to business demands.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 1–3 years of related work experience.
Preferred Qualifications

PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) Certification for Pallet Jack, Single Forklift, Double Forklift, and Scrubber.

Work Environment

Noisy, non‑temperature‑controlled environment.
