Role PurposeTo ensure that Friday’s restaurants are clean and presentable to provide a quality guest experience.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities- Responsible for ensuring all trash is disposed of accordingly
- Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen and cooking equipment
- Dusting and cleaning windows, counters, tables, and woodwork
- Maintains cleanliness of restroom, perimeter of building and parking lot
- Work with a team and individually to complete cleaning tasks in an efficient and timely manner
- Follow proper food/health safety precautions and processes
- Perform duties as directed by management
- Previous experience cleaning restaurants and equipment a plus
- Must be able to work with team members
- Must have professional appearance and conduct
- Must be thorough and detail oriented
- Ability to adapt and take direction
- Must be able to work individually and as a part of a team
- Must have strong work ethic and initiative
- Must be a team player and good communicator
